Signature Serve: Dead Man’s Fingers Lime Rum with ginger beer and a wedge of lime
Signature Cocktail: Mojito - 50ml Dead Man's Fingers Lime Rum , 6 Lime Wedges, 8-10 Mint Leaves, 10ml Sugar Syrup, Top with Soda Water - Muddle the Lime wedges with the sugar syrup in the base of a heavy glass, add the rum and stir gently, rub the mint leaves between yours fingers and add to the glass. Fill with crushed ice and stir well, top with splash of soda water & garnish
