Where is your brewery?
We are located in Lye, West Midlands, right by the train station. We are only 20 mins (approx. 8 miles) on the train from Birmingham city centre.
Can I come and visit? Do you have a bar there?
The brewery is open during office hours for telephone enquiries Mon-Friday 9am-5pm and we also run tours of the brewery on a Saturday at 12 midday. You can purchase tickets here.
Our onsite bar, The Brewhouse, is open Weds & Thursday 5-11pm and Friday and Saturday 12-12. If you would like to collect your order from the brewhouse, this must be prearranged with us, so give us a call 01384 895230.
Brewery Tours are every Saturday at 12pm
Brew Some Beer Experience Days are every Friday at 9am
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK and also the following 11 countries:
Zone 1 – Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg
Zone 2 – Austria, Denmark
Zone 3 - Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the USA, Australia or any country not listed above.
What does shipping cost?
UK shipping cost £5.50 per order or free over £99
International shipping can be found in our Shipping Information section
When will my item arrive?
We ship all UK orders by 4pm for next day service but allowing packaging time we do ask you to allow 48 hours for processing and UK delivery. If you include a number when you order we can update you on deliveries.
International orders vary on delivery time but International orders normally arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Can I collect my order?
If you wish to collect your order please give us a call on 01384 895230.
We can make sure we have your order ready for a convenient time for you to pick up. Our bar is open during the week and weekends but only orders pre-arranged can be collected at this time.
My package hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
We use DPD as a courier so if you have a reference or tracking number from them then please get in touch with them directly as they will be able to give you a more accurate estimation of timings on delivery. If you don’t have a reference or are not sure of it, give us a call on 01384 895230 and we will look into it for you and make sure to get it sorted.
How is my product packaged?
We use card board boxes which are suitable to be recycled.
Spirits bottles are carefully wrapped in air sleeves. These make excellent protection for packaging and ensure your items arrives safely, so please to reuse or recycle.
We do use Sadler’s branded tape for securing our boxes so if you don’t want this then please do let us know.
